javier grillo-marxuach is an award-winning writer and producer of television, comic books and movies best known for his work on abc's hit series "lost," as well as nbc's "medium" and "boomtown." he is currently executive-producing a pilot for abc family based on his viper comics series "the middleman" (illustrated by les mcclaine), and is writing a movie adaptation of the brian wood/rob g graphic novel "the couriers." he is also writer of the comic books "battlestar galactica: cylon apocalypse" for dynamite entertainment, and "annnihilation: super-skrull" and "annihilation: conquest - wraith" for marvel comics.
