Charlie Hobson, an un-assuming eleven-year old boy, has uncovered Martian weaponry long believed to be dormant in the small mid-western town of Greenview, USA. In a rash moment of adolescent curiosity Charlie steals the crucial firing mechanism, unwittingly setting into motion a series of events. From the military occupation of Greenview, to a potentially cataclysmic interplanetary showdown, the fallout from
Charlie’s actions promise to heat up this hither-to cold war to the boiling point.

Cast beneath the shadow of imminent destruction and aided by his two closest friends, Charlie embarks upon an adventure to return normalcy not only to his hometown, but also to the entire planet. This adventure puts him directly in the path of the American military currently occupying Greenview, and subsequently face to face with the Martian threat.
