hey i’m in s.c. and I am trying to start a new manga comic. I already have a background for my comic and characters that fit well within my setting, but I found out today how incompetent I am at writing manuscripts. I can cover doing the art, but if someone could please get back to me about helping develop good episode plots that would be great.

Im from New York, Im looking to partner up with someone that can help me put a comic book out. I have the script, I need a cartoonist/Illastrator that has skills. This comic book can be the next big thing.
