Okay, so far I have done a number of mini-comics over the last couple years. I've created them for a reading series we run at my creative writing grad program. I've tried to create one per year for the Halloween Scary Reading and the Valentine's Decadent (and/or Erotic and/or Sexy) Reading. The super scary series is called Very, Very Scary Comics. The super sexy series is called Cockring Adventures.

There's a story behind the latter title:

A friend of mine went to pick up her lover at his apartment, in order to go for some dinner-eating. On his coffee table, he had a capo. The thing is, he didn't play the guitar; my friend did (and does). So— naturally—she assumed he'd bought this one for her as a present. When he returned to the room, having disappeared briefly to change his clothes, she held up the capo and told him he shouldn't have. But it wasn't a capo at all, nor was it a present for her. It was a cockring that he'd forgotten to put away after having an affair with another woman on the living room floor.

When my friend told me this, I told her, That's the saddest story about a cockring I've ever heard.

So that made me think about doing a whole series of cockring adventures. In the end, however, none of my comics (to date) have been about cockrings. They haven't even mentioned cockrings, except in the title. Someday... someday...

Very, Very Scary Comics #6: Soup

This was the comic I did this in October 2006 for the 24-Hour Comic Book Day. I didn't finish 24 pages. I didn't even finish 16 pages. I think I finished 8 pages entirely and the rest I finished up at home. I'm the slowest draw-er in the West.

Very, Very Scary Comics #5: Zombie Quails

You don't think that zombie quails would be threatening, but they're more sketchy than you think. What happens, really, when the cutest creatures on earth (seriously! have you seen baby quails?) become evil & demented? Not much.

Another mini-comic made for Halloween. It's based on a ghost story a friend told me at a bar one night. It's not all that racy, but I'm putting it in the adult section because there's a little bit of the hanky-panky. Enjoy!

Very, Very Scary Comics 3: Night Like This

I have two different mini-comic series: one that comes out for Valentine's Day and one for Halloween. One is super, super sexy, and one is super, super scary. (Not really!) This is the 3rd Very, Very Scary Comic.

margueritedabaie, thank you! It IS an odd title, especially if you're a person who hates cockrings! :D In all seriousness, there is a story behind the title. I've included the story in the comments section above. I hope it explains things!
