Hello all! I'm not really going to write much about myself, just a few sentences. I live in the SF bayarea and have lived here most of my life. I'm currently taking classes at my local College, majoring in Art. I'm a Sagittarius/Pig and from what I've read, I fit into that category.
But enough about me, this is about Joe's Cosmos which began to have a life of it's own sometime in 2002. I was visiting the North-west and when things became boring I thought about comic strips and I created my own comic world. And on one piece of paper, the premise unfolded before my eyes, the major characters were born. Joe in his little spacesuit, the puf-dees, Lesha Stone in her galactic patrol uniform, Ro-boy in a bipedal stance and in the unicycle pose, the Snagglespurf, the Bubblehead's and Joe's spaceship/homested the 'Colonize-R'. It became clear and I needed to expand it into more, much more. The next two years being inspired by work I developed the characters even more. Including Starhop the smuggler and Festor his mechanic. Starhop, became the "Yang" to Joe's "Yin" and Lesha became the counterbalance between the two. Starhop is cockey and sure of himself, while Joe is quiet and subdued and many times played for a dupe. Lesha is very goal oriented and tunnel visioned, she doesn't see that both Joe and Starhop have a thing for her and that Starhop is the famous smuggler who keeps thwarting justice.
Well I hope that you'll enjoy this comic strip. I'm not sure how much time I can invest in it, but I'll try to get stuff out as soon as I can.
