My Name is M. A. LaBombard. I've done three small press comics since 1997. My latest project is an online comic called Biersuppe. I hope to be putting more projects up in the months to come.

Thanks for the input. It's really helpful to hear the thoughts of someone else who's had similar circumstances. Thanks for being so honest and helpful.

As my graphic art career progresses I wonder if my own art will be just for myself as you mentioned. It may be more satisfying that way anyhow.

It's amazing how your work takes on a life of its' own and your life can almost seem to begin living you rather than the other way around.

Thanks again.

Thanks for the add. I got one of your ashcan editions a year or two back and enjoyed it quite a bit.

I like your strip and website quite a bit.

Something I wanted to ask people on Comic Space that I encounter is:

1.Are you a working pro?

2.If not, how do you balance the "day job" with family and the "dream job"?

I've been a graphic artist for almost 15 years and am doing fairly well but always wanted to concentrate on illustrating and comics or animation my whole life.

I haven't given up on it but find it harder and harder to keep some energy for my personal work outside of my "boss's work".

Just curious.

Thanks for your fandom! I appreciate you coming public with that... I know it's a hard thing to admit -- you're obviously a depraved individual ;)

Thanks for requesting to be our friends. Have we met, or am I getting old and forgetful?
